Exchanges Policy

Returning new, unused product (exchanges)

You may return new, unworn, or unused products within thirty (30) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be credited to the original credit card used. All goods must be returned unused, in a fully re-salable condition, and in the original packaging and invoice. A processing fee of $25 will be deducted from your credit card if the goods have been used, they will be returned to you, and no credit will be issued.

Discrepancies

If you have been shipped the incorrect products, please do accept our apologies. Please follow the instructions for sending back returns and exchanges and use the included UPS prepaid label to return the goods to our warehouse. Upon receiving your return, we will send you the replacement order at no additional cost to you.

Instructions for sending back returns and exchanges

Please use the shipping label provided in your original carton and fill out the returns form including a reason for return. Attach the label to the original carton with return address information. If you choose another method of shipping it is at your own cost.

Returning faulty goods

This only applies to goods purchased via this website that are within warranty. Please be sure to send faulty product back in its original packaging.  Our rubber boots are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase. This is not a guarantee against wear and tear, improper fitting/sizing or misuse of our products. In the event that your boots are defective, please return your boots with the valid proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) in the original packaging and invoice for evaluation. All footwear must be cleaned thoroughly before being returned for evaluation.
